Taking place three years after the events of Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, TwinSanity follows Crash Bandicoot and Doctor Neo Cortex as they are forced to work together to stop The Evil Twins. The game takes place in four major areas, including an evil version of N. Sanity Island, Crash's home.
